Shipping Information

Shipping and printing of designs on products is done online by Printful (http://www.printful.com/) Their shipping methods are efficient and they take special care in packaging your products to prevent damage during transit. Their team is committed to providing you with a hassle-free delivery experience.
Return & Exchange Policy
At TotemOasis, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We believe in making your shopping experience risk-free and enjoyable. Your feedback matters, and we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To initiate your return, you can contact us at teeorbit@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the return address indicated on the package in which your item was delivered.
You need to attach photographs where you can see damage or problems with the product.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. lingerie, swimwear). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.
European Union: 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
We will notify you as soon as we receive and review your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
